Julia Baker

Julia Baker is a special projects coordinator and communications specialist for the Natural Resources team. She assists with a variety of grant projects and manages and develops content for the website. Her interests in wildlife conservation, habitat restoration, and public outreach motived her work on various projects throughout the Midwest prior to her current role including involvement in prairie habitat restoration, threatened and endangered species research on bats and birds, biological field data collection for Iowa's Multiple Species Inventory and Monitoring Program, and serving as the Iowa Wildlife Action Plan Outreach Assistant.
