Join the Women’s Woodland Stewardship Network for a day of socializing and hands-on forest management. Dive deeper into the world of forest stewardship with discussion and demonstrations on invasive species removal and forest stand improvement. Enjoy opportunities to meet other female forest stewards and professional resources. Take advantage of the opportunity to see recent, ongoing, and planned forest management being done by local private landowner, Linda Haugen, and her husband.

Approximately 4 hours will be spent outdoors with about 1 mile of walking on hilly terrain, weather permitting.
