The Volga River State Recreation Area Spring Forestry Field Day is quickly becoming one of the largest spring forestry educational events in Iowa! Join us on May 21 to experience this exceptional property and learn about the novel forest management techniques ongoing to achieve a range of woodland stewardship goals - inlcuding forest products, biodiversity, water quality, wildlife habitat, and recreation. 

This event represents an excellent opportunity to network with forestry professionals and fellow woodland stewards from across the state. 

There is no cost to attend (funding from the Iowa DNR allows organizers to offer this event at no charge to participants). No registration required.
